CANONICAL ROBOTS, in collaboration with the Public and Private Entities of the Asturias Region, has managed to make Oviedo, within the framework of the IARA, the headquarters of IARA_COM in 2021.

CANONICAL ROBOTS, assumes the functions of Technical Secretariat of the Festival, and as a representative of the IARA_COM in Spain navigating for the contest it is developed with the maximum guarantees, also due to the greater strategic impact of the international contest and the inverse mission that it represents for all the organizations participating in this project.

CANONICAL ROBOTS is Spanish-based organization whose aim is to organize IARA_COM – an annual Robotics festival that brings together thousands of engineers, executives, students and families to be inspired by technology industry leaders, examine new start-ups, build robots for various challenges and learn about the latest technology innovations.
IARA is the International Alliance of Robotics Associations is an international robot technology cooperation and coordination organization, initiated by robotics associations from different countries and regions.
By 2021 we want to make IARA_COM the greatest robotics competition on the Planet. This will be the first time will be held outside China. IARA was born during the 5th West Lake Forum in Hangzhou, where over the years, many competitions have been held in various fields: line following, labyrinth passing, volleyball, rope climbing, room cleaning, football, sea rescue mission, and other tasks. The competition has had participants from several high schools and universities, companies, and also from abroad.
